Stacey Ivits MSW RSW (she/her)
Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist & Founder of Navigate MHS
Stacey has been in Private Practice in Guelph since 2018. Prior to that she worked as a mental health clinician in community and out-patient mental health services in Waterloo-Wellington and previously in Toronto. She believes in evidence-based, compassion-focused care for individuals and families managing complex conditions.
Stacey is proud to be the founder of Navigate MHS and is excited to launch collaborative, interdisciplinary mental health care in Guelph.
Outside the office, Stacey enjoys family game nights, exploring new cities, and hiking with her dog Chase.
A proud graduate of the University of Toronto as a Nurse Practitioner. Komal brings 6+ years of experience in mental health nursing, an endless passion for empowering others towards well-being and recovery. Known for her compassionate care and calm energy, Komal believes in meeting every patient where they are, one genuine conversation at a time. Her work is fueled by empathy, evidence, and a deep belief in the power of connection.
When Komal is not working, you’ll likely find her perfecting a new recipe, baking her famous cookies for friends and family, or cheering loudly at a Toronto sports game. She swears that coffee counts as a coping strategy and self-care can include a long walk, a good playlist, or a sweet treat! Passionate, patient-centred, and always learning - Komal is on a mission to make mental health care more human, one client at a time.
Jacquie Marshall MSW RSW (she/her)
Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist
A Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist with diverse experience in outpatient community and hospital-based programming for trauma survivors. Jacquie is a complex trauma specialist with training in EMDR, nervous system regulation, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. She is passionate about supporting each individual in their unique healing journey with evidence-based approaches grounded in compassionate collaboration.
Joy Reddick MACP candidate (Psychotherapist in Training) Practicum Student

Joy is a graduate student in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) with expected completion in December 2027. She comes to counselling with over 20 years of experience as a K-8 Educator. She has her Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the University of Windsor and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Religion and Culture from Wilfrid Laurier University. Her academic and professional training has provided a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice, family systems, and therapeutic frameworks including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Exposure Therapy, and compassion-focused care.
As an educator, Joy specializes in supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, and social challenges. Throughout her teaching career, she worked with students facing trauma, domestic abuse, family abandonment, school attendance issues, and difficulties with self-regulation, anger, and anxiety. She is also passionate about working with Multilingual Language Learners. With her students, Joy focuses on fostering resilience, confidence, and a sense of agency in their own lives. All these experiences as an educator have provided her significant experience in working with young people encountering adversity and she is looking forward to translating that knowledge into practical, evidence-based counselling.
Joy’s approach to therapy is emotionally-focused, trauma-informed, and compassion-centred. She is particularly interested in supporting individuals, families, and couples navigating grief, trauma, and mental health challenges. She hopes to help clients create strengths-based narratives reflecting their values, goals, and potential. Joy is committed to empowering clients of all ages through a compassionate and collaborative approach. Joy is completing her practicum under the supervision of Stacey Ivits, MSW, RSW, who support clients recovering from complex trauma, eating disorders, chronic illness. Through this practicum Joy is gaining hands-on experience providing ethical, empathetic, and strength-based counselling to diverse populations.
