Navigate Mental Health Services are located in the heart of downtown Guelph at 20 Douglas St. The clinic space is on the main floor to your right when you enter the building. When you arrive we invite you to take a seat in the common waiting area. We share this building with other small businesses, including other mental health clinicians. When your clinician is ready for you, we will invite you into the office and are happy to provide you tea, water, or a snack.

As a heritage building, 20 Douglas St. has numerous steps and is not mobility accessible. At this time, we offer virtual services to accommodate mobility concerns.

Getting to our Location

Parking in downtown Guelph can be tricky- there is on-street parking available for free on streets around the office (please double check signage.) Check out this link to Parking in Downtown Guelph.

We are an approximately 8 minute walk from Guelph Central Station for transit-users and from the The East & West Parkades for secure parking.

At 20 Douglas there are indoor and outdoor bike racks where you can secure your bike.
