    Komal Thind NP (she/her)

A proud graduate from the University of Toronto as a  Nurse Practitioner, Komal Thind brings over six years of experience in mental health nursing, and an endless passion for empowering others toward wellness and recovery. Known for her compassionate care and calm energy, she believes in meeting every patient where they are, one genuine conversation (and sometimes one good laugh) at a time. Her work is fueled by empathy, evidence-based practice, and a deep belief that healing happens through connection.

When she’s not supporting mental health in the clinic, you’ll likely find her perfecting a new recipe, baking her “famous” cookies for friends and family , or cheering way too loudly during a Toronto sports game. She swears coffee counts as a coping strategy and believes self-care can look like a long walk, a good playlist, or a perfectly decedent sweet treat. Passionate, patient-centered, and always learning, she’s on a mission to make mental health care more human, one client at a time.
