Nurse Practitioner Services
Rates: $175/hour
Nurse Practitioners (NP) are health care providers who offer comprehensive services by diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering tests, and prescribing medications.
At Navigate MHS our NP is experienced in mental health care and treatment. She is available to assess and support you in managing mood & anxiety disorders, trauma, Eating Disorders and ADHD. She can also provide care for chronic health conditions and provide referral to specialists. She will work collaboratively with your primary care provider or mental health clinician as indicated. This is a fee-for-service model.
Counselling And Registered Dietitian Services
Rates: $175/hour
Registered Clinicians
Bachelor or Master’s Degree + completed supervised practice hours + additional certifications + ongoing trainings & consultations
All provide evidence-informed support with compassion.
Student Psychotherapist & Qualifying Psychotherapists Available at Reduced-Rate
Beginning May 2026
Fully supervised by an experienced, registered mental health clinician. Completing a Masters Degree in Counselling or Social Work and full-filling supervised practice requirements.

Online Ease & In-Person Service
Clinicians at Navigate MHS understand the importance of ease and convenience. We offer online booking, digital payments and electronic receipts that you can’t loose. Everything can be easily submitted to your extended benefits provider for reimbursement.
And we have IRL services: a real office where you can show up, sit on a comfy couch, have a hot tea or cold water (and snacks!) We have a friendly admin, who is a real person and available via email to answer questions (not 24/7 because she’s not a bot.)
Each clinician offers virtual, telephone and in-person sessions. We offer daytime, evening and weekend appointment times.
